Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients warmly and efficiently upon arrival.
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar.
- Answering incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
- Registering new patients and updating existing patient demographic and insurance information.
- Processing patient payments, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Managing patient records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and waiting room.
