Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
