Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the scanning and indexing of physical documents into digital formats.
  • Process requests for medical records, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
  • Ensure all medical records are properly categorized, coded, and stored.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Manage record retention and destruction schedules as per company policy.
