Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain patient medical records with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, admissions, and procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail.
- Prepare and process medical reports, forms, and documents for physicians and patients.

- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and relaying information accurately.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and related financial documentation.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or similar administrative role in a healthcare setting.
