Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe dictated medical reports, patient histories, discharge summaries, operative notes, consultation notes, and other medical documents.
- Verify the accuracy of transcribed reports by cross-referencing with reference materials and clarifying inconsistencies with healthcare providers when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to medical, legal, and ethical standards, including patient confidentiality (PDPA guidelines).
- Proficiently utilize transcription equipment, specialized software, and word processing programs.
- Thoroughly proofread and edit medical documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
