Key Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately administer prescribed medication to service users, following established protocols.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medication records and documentation, adhering to legal and company guidelines.
- Monitor service users for any adverse reactions, side effects, or changes in condition related to medication.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities as required, promoting independence and dignity.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, infection control, and safeguarding policies at all times.
