Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising plans and directives as per brand guidelines across various retail locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate setup of product displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sale (POS) signage.
- Monitor product stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory, and communicate reorder needs to store management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays, ensuring products are correctly priced and visible.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Collect and report data on stock levels, display compliance, competitive activity, and sales performance.
- Provide feedback on merchandising effectiveness and potential improvements from the field.
- Assist with new product introductions and seasonal merchandising changes.
- Travel efficiently between assigned retail locations within the Bessungen, Darmstadt area.
