Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and planograms to ensure consistent brand presentation across all displays.
- Arrange and replenish products on shelves, fixtures, and promotional areas to maximize visual appeal and sales potential.
- Monitor stock levels regularly, identify fast-moving items, and communicate reordering needs to relevant departments to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure all pricing, promotions, and product information are accurately displayed, current, and clearly visible to customers.
- Conduct frequent store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any display or stock issues promptly.
- Collaborate proactively with store management and sales teams to coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special in-store events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment at all times, adhering strictly to all company standards and health & safety regulations.
- Provide constructive feedback on product performance and the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Train and guide junior staff members on best practices for product display, arrangement, and overall store presentation standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in retail merchandising or visual display roles.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and an ability to interpret customer buying behavior.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of store presentation.
- Ability to interpret and accurately execute planograms and complex visual merchandising directives.
- Proficiency in basic retail inventory management and stock rotation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise, stand for extended periods, and perform display adjustments as needed.
