Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute compelling product displays and visual merchandising layouts in accordance with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Ensure all displays are aesthetically pleasing, commercially effective, and consistent with the company's brand image across all designated retail spaces.
- Monitor stock levels and product placement, ensuring optimal visibility, accessibility, and replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
- Regularly review and refresh existing displays to reflect seasonal changes, new product launches, and evolving market trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and store management teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on product performance, customer engagement with displays, and competitor activities to inform future merchandising decisions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within display areas, ensuring products are always presented in pristine condition.
- Train and guide junior staff or retail associates on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Manage and maintain merchandising props, fixtures, and signage, ensuring they are in excellent condition and utilized effectively.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess display quality and compliance, making adjustments as necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and effective visual merchandising solutions.
- Excellent understanding of retail display techniques, layout, and product presentation principles.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software or tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Exceptional eye for detail, color, texture, and space utilization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise and display fixtures.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
