Key Responsibilities
- Assist Merchandising Specialists with the implementation of planograms and visual display guidelines.
- Help set up and maintain attractive and effective product displays in retail locations.
- Monitor stock levels on shelves and in storage, assisting with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, labeled, and tagged according to company standards.
- Support with administrative tasks, including data entry for stock movement and sales reports.
- Communicate effectively with store staff regarding merchandising standards and product information.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise deliveries.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback on product performance and visual display challenges to the merchandising team.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures related to merchandising and safety.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise (up to 20kg).
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
