Key Responsibilities
- Safely and timely deliver and collect documents, packages, and mail to various departments, branches, and external partners across Kigali.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all entrusted items during transit.
- Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Assist with basic office tasks as needed, such as preparing mail for dispatch.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and external contacts in a professional manner.
- Perform daily checks on assigned delivery equipment (e.g., bicycle, motorcycle if applicable) to ensure it is in good working order.

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
- Good physical fitness and stamina for daily movement around Kigali
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
- Basic communication skills (Kinyarwanda and/or English)
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a messenger, delivery, or similar role is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Knowledge of Kigali city routes and landmarks.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license (if applicable for specific routes).
