Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe delivery of documents, packages, and mail to various internal departments and external clients or partners.
- Manage daily courier routes efficiently, planning the most optimal paths to ensure prompt deliveries and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries, including signatures and timestamps.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents with the utmost discretion and ensure their secure transit.
- Perform general office support tasks, such as distributing internal mail, running errands, and assisting with office supplies management as needed.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of any company-provided delivery vehicles or equipment.
- Communicate effectively with staff and external contacts, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as traffic and safety regulations.
- Assist with basic photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks when required.
- Provide a positive and professional representation of Career.zycto at all times during external interactions.
Required Skills
- Valid motorcycle/car driving license (manual transmission preferred)
- Proven ability to navigate Mont Roches, Rose Hill, and surrounding areas efficiently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to handle packages and documents with care and confidentiality
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights
- Basic communication skills in English and French (Creole an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a messenger, courier, or delivery driver (at least 6 months)
- Familiarity with standard office procedures and equipment
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification
