Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and securely deliver documents, packages, and mail to various locations within Rose Hill and surrounding areas.
- Collect outgoing mail and packages from designated offices for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all deliveries and pickups, including recipient signatures.
- Manage time and routes effectively to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with the utmost discretion and care.
- Perform general office support tasks as needed, such as photocopying or filing.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of any assigned delivery equipment or vehicle.
