Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items to and from various locations within Ikoyi and surrounding Lagos areas.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner, adhering to scheduled deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatches and deliveries, including recipient signatures and timestamps.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and receiving personnel regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Handle all items with care, ensuring their integrity and confidentiality during transit.
- Assist with basic office support tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing, as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of any assigned delivery equipment or vehicles (e.g., bicycle, motorbike if applicable).
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and traffic regulations.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on delivery routes and conditions to optimize efficiency.
