Key Responsibilities
- Process microloan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and loan portfolios, updating information regularly and accurately in the database.
- Provide exceptional client support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the application and repayment processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to loan performance, client demographics, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct basic financial assessments and due diligence for potential borrowers, under the supervision of senior officers.
- Facilitate workshops and information sessions for clients on financial literacy and microfinance product utilization.
- Collaborate with field officers and other team members to enhance service delivery and client outreach.
- Ensure adherence to all anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
- Participate in community engagement activities to promote Career.zycto's microfinance services.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential for communication with our diverse client base in Montreal.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
