Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs and mentorship sessions to develop expertise in mobile device repair.
- Assist senior technicians with diagnosing hardware and software issues on various mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
- Learn and perform basic repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, camera repairs, and button fixes, under direct supervision.
- Carefully disassemble, troubleshoot, and reassemble mobile devices following established protocols and using specialized tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly handled.
- Accurately document all repair steps, parts used, and diagnostic findings in our internal systems.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service, clearly explaining repair processes and timelines to clients.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with inventory management of parts and supplies.
- Stay updated with new mobile device technologies, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
