Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust M&E frameworks, including logic models, indicators, and data collection plans for various projects.
- Develop and refine field data collection tools (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, interview guides) using digital platforms (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK).
- Train and supervise field enumerators and project staff on data collection protocols, ethics, and quality assurance.
- Lead data cleaning, validation, and management processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of field data.
- Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical software (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS) and qualitative analysis tools (e.g., NVivo).
- Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, performance dashboards, case studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to learning initiatives, facilitating workshops and disseminating findings to inform adaptive management and program improvement.
- Conduct periodic field visits to monitor data collection activities and verify data quality.
Required Skills
