Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport various goods and packages to customers within Ngoma and surrounding areas using a motorcycle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the secure delivery of items and personal well-being.
- Verify order details and obtain appropriate signatures or confirmations upon delivery, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned motorcycle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, dispatch teams, and colleagues.
- Handle cash payments or electronic transactions accurately as required.
- Plan efficient routes using maps or GPS to ensure timely deliveries and optimize fuel consumption.
- Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid motorcycle driving license (Category A/A1)
- Proven experience in motorcycle riding, preferably in a delivery or courier role
- Excellent knowledge of Ngoma's road network and surrounding areas
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to use navigation tools (GPS, maps)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness to handle varying weather conditions and carry packages
