Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, and unload household goods and commercial items.
- Carefully wrap and protect furniture and fragile items to prevent damage during transit.
- Disassemble and reassemble basic furniture pieces as required.
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to ensure a smooth moving process.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with truck preparation and maintenance checks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when necessary.
- Physical stamina and endurance for a demanding role.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications

- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
