Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the careful packing, loading, and unloading of furniture and personal belongings onto moving trucks.
- Safely transport items using proper lifting techniques, dollies, hand trucks, and other specialized moving equipment.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture items as required, ensuring all components are accounted for.
- Protect clients' property and possessions by wrapping, padding, and securing items during transit to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, clients, and supervisors throughout the moving process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, both on client premises and within the moving vehicle.
- Strictly follow all company safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Actively participate in training, learn new skills, and adapt to various moving scenarios and challenges.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
