Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various multimedia projects, including video shoots, photography sessions, and audio recordings.
- Operate and maintain a range of professional audio-visual equipment, including cameras, lighting kits, microphones, and editing workstations.
- Support content creators with pre-production tasks such as script breakdown, location scouting on Quirimba Island, and prop management.
- Perform basic video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and graphic design tasks using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring proper filing, tagging, and archiving of photos, videos, and audio files.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas, bringing fresh perspectives and creative solutions.
- Ensure all produced content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and local community stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Assist with the deployment and management of digital content on various platforms, including websites and social media channels.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of multimedia trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras and video recording equipment.
- Understanding of audio recording techniques and sound editing.
