Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services including classic manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate services and products, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current nail care trends, techniques, and products through continuous learning and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Manage appointments efficiently and contribute to salon cleanliness and organization.
- Promote and sell nail care products available in the salon.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a salon environment
- Proficiency in various nail care techniques (manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, nail art)
