Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of regional sales managers and sales representatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Establish clear sales objectives, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular market analysis, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience at a national level.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK as required.
  • Full UK driving license.

  • Proven experience with P&L responsibility.
