Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic network issues under supervision.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Respond to and resolve network-related support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior engineers.
- Perform routine network health checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and new installations.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and operational best practices.
- Provide first-line support for network connectivity and system access problems.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required after initial training period.
