Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security using various monitoring tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for network-related incidents, performing initial triage and troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers and track incidents through to resolution.
- Coordinate and schedule network maintenance activities, upgrades, and changes with minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and inventory.
- Assist in the implementation of network policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Generate performance reports and analyze network trends to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
