Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced neural network architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs) for various applications.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation to explore and integrate novel deep learning techniques and algorithms.
- Develop robust data preprocessing pipelines and perform feature engineering to prepare data for model training.
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune complex neural network models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and MLOps teams to integrate, deploy, and monitor models in production environments.
- Perform rigorous testing, validation, and debugging of AI/ML models to ensure reliability and robustness.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning research and apply relevant findings.
- Contribute to code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and develop comprehensive technical documentation.
- Analyze and interpret model results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Extensive experience with various neural network architectures and their applications.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Demonstrated experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
