Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage all night shift paperwork, including delivery notes, manifests, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Update operational systems and databases with real-time information regarding vehicle movements, stock levels, and delivery statuses.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and external clients to resolve any night-time operational issues or queries.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates as required and escalating critical delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare and organise documentation for the following day's operations, ensuring a smooth handover.
