Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage late check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
- Address all guest queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, providing comprehensive information and assistance.
- Conduct thorough and regular security patrols of the entire premises, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
- Monitor CCTV systems diligently, respond to any alarms, and investigate unusual activities with discretion and urgency.
- Perform essential administrative tasks such as preparing guest bills, accurately processing payments, and updating guest records.
- Handle all incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage new reservations during the night shift.
- Proactively prepare for the morning shift, which may include setting up meeting rooms, preparing breakfast areas, or assisting with other operational tasks as required.
- Resolve any guest complaints, emergencies, or unexpected situations with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and order in the reception, lobby, and other communal guest areas.
- Complete a detailed and comprehensive handover to the morning team, ensuring all pertinent information is clearly communicated for continuity of service.
