Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify all daily revenue transactions, including sales, payments, and deposits, ensuring precision.
- Reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment methods against daily operational reports and system records.
- Prepare and generate comprehensive daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Investigate and diligently resolve any discrepancies, variances, or anomalies identified in financial records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive company information.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, contributing to accurate period-end financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments regarding revenue-related matters and inquiries.
- Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned, ensuring smooth night shift operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a clerical, accounting support, or data entry role, preferably with night shift exposure.
- Strong numerical aptitude and an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
