You will be responsible for posting room and tax, verifying all accounts, and generating a detailed summary of the day’s financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process all guest transactions, including payments, adjustments, and postings during the night shift.
- Reconcile daily revenue reports from various departments (e.g., Front Office, Food & Beverage, Events) against system records.
- Perform night audit procedures, including posting room and tax, verifying all accounts, and balancing daily sales.
- Prepare comprehensive daily financial summary reports for management, highlighting key metrics and discrepancies.
- Handle late check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring all billing is correct and efficiently processed.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances found during the audit process with integrity and attention to detail.
- Ensure strict compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve billing-related issues professionally during overnight hours.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and guest information.
- Generate and distribute necessary reports to relevant departments at the start of the next business day.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an accounting, finance, or clerical role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant accounting software.
