Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal and external patrols of the premises, identifying and addressing potential security risks.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, promptly responding to any suspicious activity or alerts.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and register visitors during night hours.
- Document all security-related incidents, irregularities, and activities in detailed reports.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Collaborate with emergency services (police, fire department) as needed.
- Ensure the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and property.
- Perform routine checks on doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar security role (1+ years).
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate surveillance technology and alarm systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities, especially under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and maintain vigilance during night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid private security guard license in Russia.
