Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts (typically 10 PM – 7 AM).
  • Provide accurate and timely information, assisting customers with product/service queries, technical issues, and general support.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior support or other departments as required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, demonstrating professionalism and a can-do attitude.
