Key Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, accurately processing cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Handle cash securely, balance registers, and prepare daily reports at the end of the shift.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with fuel and convenience store purchases.
- Monitor fuel pumps, ensuring proper operation and addressing minor issues as needed.
- Restock merchandise, snacks, beverages, and other items in the convenience store.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fuel pumps, and exterior premises.
- Conduct regular security checks and monitor surveillance systems to ensure a safe environment.
- Verify age for restricted products (e.g., tobacco, lottery tickets) and refuse sales to underage individuals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or security incidents to management.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing stock.
Required Skills
