Key Responsibilities
- Perform late-night check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for guests.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with a friendly and professional demeanor during night hours.

- Execute light cleaning duties, including tidying common areas, preparing conference rooms, or maintaining specific venue zones as required.
- Assist with setting up or taking down equipment for events, meetings, or breakfast services, depending on the venue's needs.
- Manage basic administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, processing payments, and updating guest records.
