Key Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments during night hours.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct regular property patrols to ensure guest safety and property security.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Prepare daily reports and ensure accurate logging of night activities and incidents.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness and order in common areas.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
  • Respond to emergencies or unusual occurrences following established procedures.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially during high-pressure situations.
  • Ensure all areas are well-stocked and prepared for the following day's operations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
