The Night Shift Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing orders according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work the designated night shift hours (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and understanding English).
- Reliable transportation to and from our Willoughby, Langley facility.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
