Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, ensuring goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Assist with the receiving and dispatching of goods, including checking for discrepancies and reporting them promptly.
- Perform regular stock checks and contribute to inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, stackers) after receiving appropriate training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
