Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse stock based on picking lists and using handheld scanning devices.
- Ensure all items are checked for quality and damage before packing and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Organize and consolidate picked orders for efficient loading and dispatch, adhering to strict timelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks or trolleys, after receiving appropriate training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets, fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency and contribute to team success.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality and order accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving packages (up to 20kg) repeatedly and standing for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong, proactive work ethic.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading picking lists, understanding instructions, and recording information.
- Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.

- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar picking/packing role, particularly within a night shift setting.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management procedures and stock control.
