Career.zycto is actively seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Night Stockers in Rockridge, Oakland. Working overnight, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of merchandise from our backroom to the sales floor. Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from delivery trucks and move it to the stockroom or sales floor.
- Efficiently and accurately stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor areas.
- Ensure products are properly rotated, faced, and priced according to company standards.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks (if certified) safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and achieve operational goals.
- Assist with preparing the store for opening, ensuring a clean and well-stocked presentation for customers.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to meet stocking deadlines.
- Reliability and punctuality for night shifts.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a retail/warehouse setting.
