Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational mission and goals.
- Oversee all program operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and measurable impact.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and campaign management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
- Ensure robust financial management, including budget development, oversight, and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
