Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational mission and goals.
  • Oversee all program operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and measurable impact.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and campaign management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
  • Ensure robust financial management, including budget development, oversight, and reporting.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in the non-profit sector (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
