Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurses promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
- Assist with the accurate documentation of patient information and care activities.
- Learn and adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and educational programs.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Assist in preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment as needed.
- Shadow experienced nurses to understand various medical procedures and patient management protocols.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
