Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior nurses in providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Observe and learn proper techniques for medication administration, wound care, and other clinical procedures under direct supervision.
- Document patient observations, care activities, and responses accurately in patient records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members, ensuring clear understanding and support.
- Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development programs.
- Adhere strictly to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines for patient care and confidentiality.
- Support inventory management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
Required Skills
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong empathy and commitment to patient care.
