Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and other medical staff with basic patient care activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs and record observations accurately under direct supervision.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for examinations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing comfort and support as appropriate.
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols diligently.
- Participate actively in training sessions and learn from experienced healthcare professionals.
- Document care activities and observations in patient records as guided by supervising staff.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks within the ward as needed.
Required Skills
- Grade 12 Certificate (Matric or equivalent)
- Strong passion for healthcare and helping others

- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
