Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring patient safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and requests, providing comfort and assistance.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures as directed and within scope of practice.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Document care provided and patient observations accurately in patient records.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, infection control policies, and clinic protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
