Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers (e.g., bed to chair), and ambulation, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comforting atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the supervising nurse.
- Assist nurses with various medical procedures and treatments as directed and within the scope of training.
- Accurately document care provided, observations, and patient responses in electronic or paper records.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including infection control policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
