Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
- Support residents with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
- Assist with meal times, ensuring residents receive adequate nutrition and hydration, and offering feeding assistance as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging residents in conversations and activities to promote their well-being.
- Monitor and record residents' health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the senior care staff.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents, adhering to hygiene and infection control policies.
- Assist residents with medication reminders, following established protocols and under supervision.
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to the development of individualised care plans.
- Help organise and facilitate social and recreational activities to stimulate residents mentally and physically.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
