Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Super U Flacq. The Office Administrator will be the central point of contact for internal and external queries, managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining essential records. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presentations, and organisational charts.
- Support human resources functions by assisting with new employee onboarding and record keeping.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
