Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing (physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, post, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Support the finance team with expense reports, invoicing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised office environment, ensuring all common areas are presentable.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management and recruitment teams as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
