Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders in a timely manner.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, managing calendar invitations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, ensuring proper distribution and dispatch.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
