Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling general inquiries.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using various office software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks, such as candidate database entry and formatting CVs.
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook).
